I talk and write a lot about customer service and developing relationships with those wonderful people who pay our bills. We all need to do a better job of that.

TD Canada wanted to say thank you to their customers in a way they felt was “unique.” Was it ever!

On July 25, the bank also gave a $20 bill to each of their customers in more than 1,000 locations.

Is it incredible customer service? Absolutely.
Is it dripping in “relationships”? You bet.
